Refund Policy

All bookings for training courses are binding and non-refundable.

Once a training spot has been booked and paid for, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

This is due to limited availability, advance booking of accommodation, and ordering of products and materials specifically for each participant.

By completing the purchase, the customer acknowledges and accepts these terms.
